"Description was way off"
I was confused when this showed up because it looked nothing like the product description. Like, make it make sense, what I received and what was advertised were two totally different things.

"Pretty okay for the price"
It’s a decent deal overall, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing. The price is alright, though the quality could definitely be a bit better for what you’re paying.

I ordered from ursime.com and overall I’m happy with it. I’m usually a medium, but after looking at the size chart I decided to go with a large, and I’m glad I did. The fit is comfortable and sits nicely, though the waist is just a little loose. Nothing major though. I’d definitely order from them again, just making sure to check the sizing each time

"Exchange was Easy"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from ursime.com, so I had to deal with an exchange. Support took about a Day to get back to me, but once they replied, they explained clearly what I needed to send back and where it should go.
The new item showed up in good shape and fits way Better. I do wish the whole thing moved a little faster, but it wasn’t a big headache overall, so I’m fine with how it turned out

"Packed well, just had a little dent"
My order from ursime.com showed up in good shape. The box felt sturdy, and the item inside was wrapped up well enough that nothing was broken, scratched, or anything like that.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because one corner of the outside box was a little dented when it arrived. not a huge deal, but yeah, it could’ve been a bit better. Overall though, I’m happy with it

"Just Give Me the Real Shipping Timeline"
The most frustrating part is not knowing what’s actually going on with shipping. I don’t need vague updates or overly optimistic estimates, just tell me the real timeline. If I knew when it was actually leaving and when it might arrive, I could plan around it instead of constantly checking for updates and getting annoyed.

"Poor quality again"
I ordered a dress from ursime i’m tired of running into the same kind of issue again. It looked nothing like I expected, the fabric felt super thin and cheap, and the stitching was messy in places. After just one wash, it already started losing its shape. For the price, it really wasn’t worth it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from ursime again.

"Delivery still hasn’t arrived"
I ordered from ursime.com weeks ago and my package still hasn’t shown up. The tracking barely updates, and when I contacted support they basically just told me to keep waiting. It’s frustrating at this point. Has anyone else had this same issue with them?

"Return process was such a pain"
I tried to return my order from ursime.com and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Support took forever to reply, and every time I followed up they kept asking me to verify the same details again like we hadn’t already gone through it. The refund also took much longer than they originally said. I had to keep chasing them just to get updates. Definitely not ordering from them again...

I ordered a hoodie from Ursime because it looked like something I’d wear all the time, but when it arrived, I was disappointed. The material felt much cheaper than I expected, thin, scratchy, and not soft or cozy at all.
I figured maybe it would get better after washing, but after just one wash it already looked worn out. There were loose threads near the sleeve, and for the price, I expected better quality. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Pretty good overall, but felt a bit rushed"
I got what I needed and there weren’t any major issues, so overall it was fine. I did feel a little pressured at times, like I had to make decisions quicker than I wanted, but everything worked out in the end

"Honestly, the style is doing the absolute most in a good way"
I actually really liked browsing ursime.com. The design is super clean, and the way the products are displayed made me feel like I suddenly had my life together just from scrolling around. The colors and layout look modern without being too flashy or overwhelming, which I appreciated. A couple pages could load a little smoother, and on my phone some sections felt slightly cramped, like everything was trying to squeeze into an elevator at once. But overall, it’s a good-looking site and easy to use. I’d give it 4 stars.

"I fear this is a scam site"
I ordered weeks ago and the tracking states my items are in Hong Kong. Then I read other reviews stating they never received their order. I've ordered several items worth hundreds and a coat before Christmas. I fear I've been scammed as well. One review stated she received her order in 4 days. How could that be??? No one is happy with this site!!

"Tracking has been stuck for days"
My most recent order has been frustrating. The tracking has been sitting on the exact same status for days, and I keep checking Ursime hoping for an update, but nothing changes. Right now I have no idea where my package is. Maybe this isn’t always the case, but after this latest experience, I’m not feeling great about ordering again

"Wanted to love it, but it just wasn’t comfortable"
I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I was kind of surprised by this one. The style looks nice and it definitely has the look I expected, but comfort-wise it didn’t really work for me. After wearing it for a short time, it started to feel stiff and I just didn’t enjoy having it on. I still like the brand overall, but this particular piece wasn’t my favorite.
